Fees excl. VAT: 30% excl. VAT of the annual rental value. The annual rental value is equal to 10% of the key money plus the annual rent.
Sale of a business
Fees excl. VAT: 10% excl. VAT of the sale price.
Sale of retail property
Fees excl. VAT: 7% excl. VAT of the sale price.
Payment terms
The fee shall be borne in part or in full by the tenant and/or the landlord (or the seller and/or the buyer). It is payable on the day the transaction is actually completed.
