His role is to turn the knowledge the team gathers in the field every day into structured, up-to-date information that can be put to direct use in leasing, letting and investment assignments.

Working at the intersection of real estate, data and innovation, he helps sharpen the precision of the firm’s analysis, deepen its market knowledge and identify relevant opportunities more quickly.

Turning field knowledge into usable information

Commercial real estate relies on a large amount of scattered information: locations, retailers, owners, rental values, leases, retail movements, planned openings and upcoming availability.

Jules organises and structures this data to build a dynamic picture of the markets the firm covers.

This work makes it possible to keep a history of assets and transactions, to track changes on the main retail streets and to match the characteristics of a location with the requirements of retailers, owners and investors.

Data does not replace knowledge of the field. It consolidates that knowledge, makes it shareable and allows it to be used with greater precision.

Tools built around the firm’s disciplines

Jules oversees the development and evolution of the tools used every day by the ATC Immobilier team.

The in-house CRM centralises information on assets, owners, retailers and ongoing transactions. It improves continuity of follow-up, the qualification of contacts and coordination between the firm’s team members.

The mapping tools show store locations, availability, retailer movements and the characteristics of the areas under study. They complement the analysis carried out in the field and make it easier to compare several locations or markets.

These tools are designed around the consultants’ practical needs. Their purpose is not technological: they must help the team analyse, target and follow each transaction more effectively.

Market mapping and monitoring

Jules contributes to building a detailed map of the assets and main retail streets covered by ATC Immobilier.

This mapping makes it possible to list locations, identify owners, track successive occupiers and observe how the retail landscape is changing.

Combined with regular monitoring of retailer movements, urban development projects and new availability, it helps detect opportunities, sometimes before they come to market.

For store opening assignments, this structured knowledge makes it easier to identify areas and premises that match a retailer’s brief.

On landlord mandates, it allows a more precise targeting of the categories of occupier and the retailers likely to suit the asset on offer.

Data in support of property analysis

The information gathered is also used in rental analyses and investment transactions.

Historical values, transaction evidence, location characteristics, vacancy levels and retail movements provide additional evidence for assessing an asset’s positioning and its market environment.

Jules works with the consultants to make this information accessible, comparable and directly usable in letting files, location searches and asset analyses.

This organisation improves the traceability of the firm’s recommendations and makes it easier to build on the experience gained from one transaction to the next.

Pragmatic innovation

Jules also keeps track of technology solutions that could improve the firm’s working methods.

Automation and artificial intelligence are used selectively to streamline information processing, speed up certain searches and improve data quality.

These technologies nevertheless remain support tools. Decisions, recommendations and negotiations are still led by the consultants, drawing on their experience and direct knowledge of the markets.

The aim is to reduce repetitive tasks so that more time can be devoted to analysis, client relationships and the handling of transactions.

A cross-functional role within ATC Immobilier

Jules works closely with the whole team to adapt the tools to the firm’s operational needs.

He contributes to structuring working methods, improving file follow-up and the flow of information between the different areas of expertise.

His cross-functional role ensures continuity between the information gathered in the field, its integration into the firm’s tools and its use in the strategies proposed to clients.

By combining real estate knowledge, data structuring and innovation, Jules contributes to a more precise, more responsive and better-documented advisory model.
